    We believe in treating our clients like partners. That means that we don’t get paid unless you get paid. We also operate on one simple truth. It doesn’t cost us any more to manage a more expensive home, so why should it cost you? Our management fee is 10% of rents collected per month, up to $195/door. That means that if your unit rents for more than $1,950/month, you’re paying less than 10%! We also charge a flat leasing fee of $495; because we put our best effort into leasing your property, regardless of the rent amount.

The City of Shasta Lake, formerly known as Central Valley is the closest settlement to the popular tourist destination: Shasta Dam (9th tallest dam in the US) & the Shasta Lake Reservoir. It lies just north of Redding, providing rich nature experiences to all that visit. These must-see experiences include:

-Lake Shasta: The largest man-made reservoir ever constructed in California. This massive lake provides scenic views, wakeboarding, tubing, fishing, or just good old relaxation on a 30,000-acre reservoir.

-Mount Shasta: This 4,322-meter mountain is located approximately 1-hr north of Shasta Lake & provides ample views of a snow-capped mountain during the winter months. Depending on the season, Mount Shasta Resort provides hiking, mountain bike riding, snowboarding, skiing, & sledding.

-Shasta Caverns: Noted as a National Landmark, Shasta Caverns provides access to several Stalactite & Stalagmite-filled caves. Tours include a scenic boat ride through one of the largest man-made lakes in California, Lake Shasta.
